Senior Product Advisor

Lucy is a founding member of the Bayou Bootleg team. She supported development of the seasoning by sampling test recipes on a variety of meats. Lucy brings more than a decade of experience thinking about food, looking at food, and eating food to her role. When she’s not advising on product development, Lucy enjoys napping and dreaming of food. She also enjoys short walks in the park and belly rubs. Her favorite meat is pork of any kind.

Kat

Marketing Intern

Rescue Kat is the newest member of the Bayou Bootleg team. She brings fresh energy and new ideas to weekly marketing meetings, including her recent proposal to create a product line extension for dogs. When she isn’t coming up with clutch marketing strategies, Kat can be found napping in a sunspot. She also frequently poses for pictures for her rescue organization’s annual calendar. Kat loves chicken and shrimp.
