Senior Product Advisor

Lucy is a founding member of the Bayou Bootleg team. She supported development of the seasoning by sampling test recipes on a variety of meats. Lucy brings more than a decade of experience thinking about food, looking at food, and eating food to her role. When she’s not advising on product development, Lucy enjoys napping and dreaming of food. She also enjoys short walks in the park and belly rubs. Her favorite meat is pork of any kind.

Kat

Marketing Associate

Rescue Kat is the newest member of the Bayou Bootleg team. Kat brings fresh energy and creative thinking to her role. She is currently developing a concept for a line of Bayou Bootleg pet treats. When she isn’t working on marketing strategies, Kat can be found napping in a sunspot. Kat also believes in giving back to her community and she helps to promote her rescue organization – French Bulldog Rescue Network – by appearing in their annual calendar. Kat loves chicken and shrimps.
